We are Robert (55) Patricia (55), Chris (20) and Mahriyanna (13). We have decided that the time has come for us to pull together as a family more than ever during these challenging economic times. We are all old enough to do something, and each of us has unique talents to share.We are encouraging each other to both make money and market the gifts that each of us has to offer so that we can all do what we love to do.
We call ourselves funktional because we do work well together, in spite of our imperfections individually and collectively. And we love each other a lot!
We are in the process of finding jobs that some or all of us can do together, including:
Gardening
Moving
Organizing
Handyman work
Painting
Putting on garage sales
Cleaning
Each one of us has talents that we want to develop more and market including:
Chris: Card making and music
Mahriyanna: Jewelry making, music, and card making
Patricia: Music, parenting coaching, time management teaching, writing and organizing

We believe that a family who works and prays together stays together. Mahriyanna and Chris are homeschooled kids and so we have been able to spend lots of time together as a family. We don’t want separate work schedules to interfere with that!
We would love to inspire other families to do the same thing we are doing, and would enjoy hearing from families who are doing this.
